Confit for dinner this evening, he's getting much too fond of having his photo taken - no really, he is! Served with roasted potatoes, garlic and onions.

That looks, and sounds, like a good meal. A happy and nice looking chef too :-)
My hubby likes to grill and he makes the most amazing Tuscan style Porterhouse steak....oh....I think I need to go to Foodbuzz and change the food I am craving from beef barley soup to his Tuscan porterhouse!
