Ya know, I've been sitting here waiting for the boys to come home from work so we(me) can organise something for dinner. Clock showed 7.30pm before I realised they were at their Dad's for dinner tonight. Doh!

Anyway, it's 8.30 and I'm now hungry. This has inspired me to throw together some poached eggs (cos you know how tricky that is right? lol)

I haven't eaten an egg that way since I lived in Vienna. Loved the concept of the egg cup and promptly bought a few when returned to the states. It didn't last long but I still have my egg cup.
Love Chocolate and Zucchini site.

I puzzled over the soilders for a while before reading the description, what an interesting idea :-)

A perfect poached egg isn't easy though is it Lisa? And I love poached eggs on toast.

I think dippy eggs are a once in a while treat Tina. You lived in Vienna? Wow!

It's a Chocolate and Zucchini recipe Andy a bit like a baba ganoush without the oil/garlic. Lovely - had them @ my sister-in-laws as a starter.
