The recipe for these Greek pork patties came from Olive magazine aka Jo's food porn, in their feed 2 for under a fiver article. They were delicious served in pittas, with salad and tzatziki. The potato wedges were overkill and I couldn't/didn't eat them.

To serve 2 people take,
200g minced pork
1 small onion, grated
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 egg yolk
1 handful of fresh breadcrumbs

Mix all ingredients together, form into patties and grill/fry ... as you can see I finished them off in the oven.
The recipe was delicious, next time I'd consider adding lemon zest for a twang or make them Thai with ginger, coriander and chili instead of the oregano and mint.
Snipped and snapped on my Nokia E71.
p.s. This is the first time I've been disappointed by the capabilities of my beloved Nokia - it didn't show how good the finished article was. Really tasty. Mind you I did add S&P before mixing even if Olive didn't suggest it.

That looks delish - All day today I looked forward to seeing the picture you might post. Glad you added the recipe too. I will tuck this in the folder on the counter for this month's new recipe adventure.

They were gorgeous. I really want to try a Thai inspired version now.
