Friends for lunch today - Simon and I cooked. Mozzarella, beetroot, watercress and heirloom tomato salad glasses. Roast lamb with roast potatoes and vegetables. CHEESE, lots of cheese !!!!!!!!!!!! And finally deliciously chewy Eton Mess and a bucketful of wine from Navarre! No tea for me thanks - early night please!!

Ohhhh...so elegant. It all sounds great.
It was lovely Tina and I certainly didn't need any more food that evening! The salads were an idea I saw on Betty C's blog and so easy - looked good too! And it got Simon to eat veggies!!!!!!!!!!!!
