Spuds baking for dinner - we had them filled with chilli-con-carne, and a dollop of sour cream ... with salad on the side to persuade Simon towards his 5-a-day.

What a neat idea for dinner. I usually think of baked potatoes as a side but wow - this is a great looking meal!
I could do this at work actually with the microwave oven if I brought some chili for toppers.
Sounds like exactly what I'm in the mood to eat!
