The main reason I shan't be getting any hoovering* done today - loving this new book by Linda Green that I picked up in Tesco last night. I assumed it would be a lovey-dovey, easy read chick lit read that would be just the thing to relax into this weekend BUT the alcoholic/domestic violence flashback chapters are BRILLIANT and tear-jerking. I shall be back when I finish it - don't worry I'm speedy!

*Please don't be fooled into thinking that I am any kind of a domestic goddess, unless there is a saucepan/skillet/mini-whisk in my hand - I wouldn't be hoovering without the book either - me no do that!

God I hate to vaccum. That's why our floor looks like a stable ervery once in awhile. At least we don't have much carpet - brick floors do have a plus there.
That looks like a good read. I miss Tesco...even the short time I have ever shopped in England.
Oh god yes Tina Simon hoovers, I don't mind bathrooms and kitchen counters BUT no hoovering if I can help it!!
